2 Product Specifications and Quality

All engineering plastic compounds are manufactured according to industry standards and our internal quality control specifications. Product properties and characteristics are provided as typical values and may vary within acceptable tolerances.

Technical data sheets provide guidance only and do not constitute warranties
Customers are responsible for validating material suitability for their specific applications

3 Orders and Delivery Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

Delivery Terms

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
Risk of loss transfers upon shipment
Customer responsible for inspection upon receipt

4 Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at time of order acceptance. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month

We provide technical support and application guidance as a service to our customers. However, such assistance does not constitute a guarantee of product performance in specific applications.

6 Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will conform to published specifications at time of delivery. This warranty is limited to replacement of non-conforming materials and expires 12 months from date of shipment.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our products, formulations, technical data, and documentation remain our exclusive property. Customers may not reverse engineer, analyze, or attempt to determine the composition of our proprietary materials.

Confidentiality

Any technical information, specifications, or data provided is confidential and proprietary. Customers agree to maintain confidentiality and use such information solely for evaluation and application purposes.

9 Regulatory Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that our products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in their jurisdiction and intended application, including but not limited to:

FDA regulations for food contact applications
Automotive industry standards
Electronics and electrical safety requirements
Environmental and chemical regulations

Import/export restrictions
Industry-specific certifications
End-use application requirements
Disposal and recycling regulations

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain in effect, including payment for delivered goods and confidentiality obligations.

Survival of Terms

The following provisions survive termination: warranties, liability limitations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and governing law provisions.

11 Governing Law and Disputes
